The Employment Bar Association and the Tax Bar Association held an event where they discussed the various taxation issues arising from employment.

This event considered tax issues arising in employment law, including the treatment of different types of claims, whether a settlement agreement may be subject to taxation, and taxation issues in claims concerning Protected Disclosures, or claims which concern various causes of action including proceedings in the Courts.
