Danielle is a Tax Partner, leading the firm's Tax Risk and Controversy practice and advising clients on tax appeals and disputes across all sectors. Danielle has over 23 years of experience working in tax, assisting clients in preventing, managing and resolving a wide range of domestic and international tax issues and disputes.
She was head of the Anti Avoidance Branch in Revenue’s Large Corporates Division for over 8 years and has extensive experience of litigating and resolving complex tax cases.
Danielle primarily advises US and other MNCs in Ireland in Pharma, Technology and Financial Services on managing tax authority interventions, and litigating tax disputes. Danielle also advises high wealth individuals.
She also assists clients in resolving cross border disputes, on TP and non TP matters requesting assistance from the Irish Competent Authority (“CA”) through Mutual Agreement Procedures (“MAPs”) and is regularly in contact with the Irish CA teams.
Danielle is a member of PwC EMEA Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution (“TCDR”) network and PwC Global MAP network and works closely with the network of firms on on TCDR projects.
